arc and keith

this took soooooo long!!!111

her characters arc and keith, obviously.. i had to study the characters since.. they were really difficult to get out of my system, for some reason. i read this short interaction story tashi wrote, and they were on a balcony type thing.. on this castle-in-the-heavens type deal. sounded really hxc pretty, so i tried to capture that scene as much as possible. i didn't want to paint them interacting, i wanted them each in their separate worlds, on the same canvas, but i don't think i captured that.. as well, if at all.
meh. as i mentioned in my journal, i tried a different sort of technique when painting most of this, the biggest example being arc's wings... and they turned out alright.. i'm very pleased.
